The Birth of the Beauty Cocoon was inspired by the sentiment consistently expressed about my facials " Like being wrapped in a sacred cocoon of healing, love, and care."

My goal for this upcoming vlog series is to help you create your own cocoon at home. A sacred space in your day to envelop yourself in rituals that nourish your outside beauty, with your inner thoughts, and your self-talk.

The goal of this practice is to develop a beauty mindset, nourished by product and ritual, supporting you both internally and externally. Understanding that we are already perfect expressions of beauty in this world. And for these moments, be in the flow of what you already know is true and good for you.
